Quality and environmental policy
The Zafiro Hotels brand was created in 2017 to market the resort hotels owned or managed by companies run by the Plomer family.
The three fundamental attributes that personify Zafiro Hotels are:
1. QUALITY: Every single thing is important in improving our guests’ holiday experience. That’s why we take the greatest care over even the tiniest details. We create an ambience that is elegant in the most pleasing and natural way. No hassle, stress-free, relaxed and reassuring. Great service in traditional style, but with new values driven by innovation.

We provide our guests with the most personalised service, and our "all-inclusive" options give them another reason to relax. We are fully committed to gradually introducing measures to enhance circularity, improvements in key areas such as energy and water management, a greater use of local products, reducing waste and improving our waste management, and reducing the greenhouse gas emissions caused by our hotel operations.
To guarantee the quality of our services and activities and respect for the environment, our management model applies ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and EMAS Regulations in all our hotels in the area of “accommodation, food and beverage and Spa services". We also make annual measurements of our emissions in line with the ISO 14064 international standard.
