Welcome back to the Zafiro Hotels cocktail bar! Today we present a classic after-dinner cocktail that you can see on the drinks menu in our 4 and 5-star hotels: Gin Fizz.
You can see this refreshing and colourful cocktail on the drinks menu in our 4 and 5-star hotels. In this video, the Restaurant & Bar Manager at the new 5-star Zafiro Palace Andratx Hotel, Carlos Franco, tells us all the ingredients in the cocktail and how to make it.
Ingredients:
- 5cl Gordon’s gin
- 3cl lemon juice
- 2cl liquid sugar
- 3cl egg white
- 5cl soda water
- Ice
- Lemon to decorate
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients except the soda water in a cocktail shaker.
- Close the shaker and shake for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Pour the mixture through a strainer into the glass in which the cocktail will be served and then add the soda water.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and a twist of lemon peel. Enjoy!
