Open to the public from Wednesday to Sunday, our à la carte restaurant offers a celebration of Mallorcan cuisine. A dining experience full of charm, surrounded by the peacefulness of a rural setting.

Dinner at the Son Sabater Restaurant provide a chance to enjoy Mediterranean evenings and unforgettable experiences. Mussels in a “sobrasada” sauce, creamy rice with lobster, white-glass prawns, Spanish omelette coulant or vegetables with Mallorcan cheese. Aromatic herbs, fruit and vegetables... our garden is not only a source of fresh ingredients for the restaurant, it’s also a space to connect with the earth and with nature.

We grow typical Mallorcan ingredients such as aubergine, courgette and peppers, without using any pesticides or nitrates. We also use a drip irrigation system to reduce the use of water from the farm's wells to a minimum.
