Zafiro Hotels is pleased to present a new website service designed to make your stay even easier and more special.
After booking your stay at Zafiro Palace Alcudia on our official website, you can now choose your preferred room on the virtual hotel map before your arrival.
All you need to do is hover over the map, choose the room you want and then confirm your choice. You’ll receive final confirmation by email during the 3 days (72 hours) prior to your arrival.
* Please note that this service depends on room availability at the time of your arrival. In the unlikely event that we are unable to assign you the room you selected, we will assign you another room as similar and near as possible to the selected room. The confirmation will be sent to the email address used to make the reservation.When is the service available?The room assignment service is available up to 3 days before check-in.
