With this in mind, Zafiro Hotels can now offer all guests the chance to check in online before you arrive at the hotel. This means spending less time in reception when you arrive and being able to relax and enjoy a well-deserved holiday as soon as possible.
Checking in online also means that the number of people in the hotel reception at the busiest times of day is reduced. This minimises contact with other people and creates a safer environment for everyone. And doing everything online is also more environmentally friendly.

- How does online check-in work?
Checking in online is really quick and easy. You only need to provide us with your last name, the name of the hotel and your check in date.
When you arrive at the hotel, you only have to show a valid ID document in reception, make any payments that might be required and collect the keys to your room.
Our hotel reception team will be at your service throughout your stay to help you with anything you need.
