Customer experience, the primary focus of the project
In a constantly evolving hotel industry, Zafiro Hotels is well aware of the importance of adapting and exceeding the expectations of its customers. “Zafiro Avanza aims to deliver an even higher degree of excellence in quality and customer service in the 14 hotels that currently form part of Zafiro Hotels,” declared Antonia Plomer, CEO of the company.
The project involves every hotel department, including both the hotel management team and middle managers, and is based around a series of team sessions that will review opportunities to improve the customer experience.
“We are developing and improving the quality procedures and policies that are applied throughout the entire hotel chain to ensure that all the hotels offer the highest product and service quality standards,” explained Marc Balaguer, the Project Manager.
