Once again, Zafiro Hotels have been rewarded with a number of Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards in 2022, where travellers have rewarded excellence in hospitality at our hotels, placing six of them among the top 10 percent of hotels worldwide. It's a recognition that we would like to dedicate to our entire team and all the guests who have shared their experience at Zafiro Hotels with other Tripadvisor users.
The hotel chain would like to thank all guests for their ratings, their beautiful words, and the signs of affection they leave in each review. As far as Zafiro Hotels are concerned “this kind of energy keeps our hotels shining bright and makes it possible for us to overcome all difficulties, even during the most difficult times of the pandemic”.
Awards for excellence
In total, the hotel chain received six awards this year – half of the hotels pertaining to the group – and one of them went to the new 5-star hotel Zafiro Palace Andratx, which has certainly managed to convince its guests during the first year in business. Apart from being a real boost for the future, this is also a great recognition of the work put in by all professionals who participate in the daily life of the hotel.
Another hotel that receives this award from Tripadvisor again this year is Zafiro Palace Alcudia, one of our most exclusive establishments, which despite the difficulties imposed by the pandemic managed to maintain its levels of excellence at the top, thus revalidating an international recognition it has been awarded year after year since 2011.
There is also the Zafiro Palace Palmanova, which has received the Travelers’ Choice Award on four previous occasions, and the Zafiro Palmanova, which has shown its excellence during 12 consecutive years, positioning itself as a benchmark hotel in the Calvià area.
In the northern part of the island, the Zafiro Can Picafort has also achieved this great recognition. Since 2011 this hotel has actually received 11 Travelers’ Choice Awards to present in its showcases, and we have to mention the Zafiro Cala Mesquida as well, which has won a total of eight awards for excellence.
