Playa de Muro, an unspoilt and quiet part of Alcudia
Playa de Muro is situated in the northeast of Mallorca and is part of one of the best known and extensive beaches in Mallorca, the Bay of Alcudia, here you will find beaches and coves with crystal clear waters one after another. Playa de Muro beach is a quiet and idyllic area but saying that it has lots to offer its visitors with hotels, sunbeds on the beach and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Due to its great length and unique layout, Playa de Muro is divided into four beaches or sectors Sector I and II, Es Común and Capellans. All these beaches have wonderful crystal clear water, fine sand and with only a gentle swell of the sea, ideal for families, couples and groups of friends.

Located between Casetes des Capellans, where the municipality of Muro begins, and Playa des Brac, where most tourists tend to visit. It is mainly locals especially families who go to swim at Es común, making it the ideal place to unwind and relax and avoid the crowds. It is considered to be an area of special natural interest, as it lies within the Natural Park S'Albufera, which we will talk about later.
