How do I make a flight + hotel booking?
In the flight + hotel section, introduce your departure airport, your destination, arrival and departure dates, number of guests and click on "START".
The search engine will find available flights with different airlines so you can choose the ones that are best for you. Once you have chosen your flights, you then have to choose your hotel and meal plan (half board, all inclusive, room only). Once you’ve done this, you have a couple of options:
1.- Confirm and pay: if you are ready to book, the next step is to provide your personal information and payment. You can also add cancellation insurance and extra suitcases during this step.
2.- Save your idea: give it a name (e.g. "Summer holidays"), choose a cover photo and save it so that you can visit again later, share it with whoever you want or create and print a PDF file with a summary of your trip.
How do I add activities to my holiday package?
After selecting your flights and hotel, you will see a pop-up window asking you whether you want to add activities to your trip. Would you like a bike tour? Or tickets to a water park or a museum? You’re sure to find something you like! Choose the activity you want and the day you want to do it and it will automatically be added to your trip.
Where do my booking details appear?
If you are not happy with any particular part of your trip, you can always change it using the "Change your trip" button on the left of the screen. You can change the dates and times of flights, the hotel or the meal plan. If everything is fine, you can continue with the process by clicking on "Confirm".
What is the multi-destination option?
This option allows you to stay in more than one hotel, making it easier for you to enjoy the best of each destination. Choose the dates for your trip, the number of guests and start your search!
I need travel ideas. How can I see ready-made packages?
Zafiro Hotels also provides a few ideas for ready-made holiday packages to help inspire you to choose your holiday. Our travel ideas are organised in different categories such as romance, family, cuisine, nature or beach, among others.
There are several options for each idea:
1.- Customise idea: allows you to change the entire trip (dates, origin, number of travellers, activities, etc.) so that it better adapts to your needs.
2.- Direct booking: if you like one of our ideas and don’t want to change anything, you can just book it directly.
3.- Request information: fill out a short form and the flight + hotel team will contact you to help with your booking.
