At Zafiro Hotels, our guest are our highest priority. These are undeniably difficult times that we are living through, and COVID-19 has become a global pandemic that has led Spain to take extreme measures to prevent the spread.
Common commitment
At Zafiro Hotels we are optimistic and hopeful that with everyone's commitment and responsibility by complying to guidelines outlined by governments and institutions, very soon this current challenge will be nothing more than a memory.
We believe the best therapy during this time is to think about all the good things that are yet to come: all those adventures that await us when this is over, the experiences we are yet to have and the happy memories the future will bring.
Our hotels
Although our hotels in Mallorca and Menorca will remain temporarily closed to contribute to the fight against the coronavirus spread, we will continue working to ensure that once this situation is over, you can enjoy those more than deserved holidays in your favourite destinations.
Don't cancel, modify
As a hotel chain, we want to respond to this unprecedented crisis with unity and togetherness. We understand that companies have to respond with flexibility, and this is the reason why we have made our cancellation policies more flexible, allowing free modification for all those reservations with arrival date before the April 30th.
Alternatively, if you are unsure about the dates you would like to visit, we can save your stay until you know. All our clients who book their 2020 holidays from March 15 until May 31, have the possibility of free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
These will be hard weeks, but once this is over, we believe it will be an exciting time to make plans and travel again. Which is why we would like to ask you to join in the movement and #dontcancelmodify, and encourage you change the dates of your trip rather than cancel.
